HELP!! KODI CRASHES WHEN I TRY TO ADD SUBTITLES

Each time I try to search for subtitles, Kodi crashes

When i go to system, then settings, then Add ons, then search & type in subtitles it crashes

When i go to settings and click Video, then subtitles, then Default Tv Show Service it says NONE, when i click GET MORE, nothing happens

Please Help

using Jarvis v16 on Macbook by the way
